Jim Chapman
Third Vice Chairman of the Board
Jim Chapman is Â鶹TV’s 2026 third vice chairman. He is CEO of Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a build-to-rent (BTR) general contractor.
Launched in 1998, JCCG’s services include home design, pre-construction estimating, value engineering and home/lot/amenity general contracting. JCCG provides turnkey BTR contracting solutions for institutional investors and private developers alike. To date, JCCG has successfully completed 3,900 homes, 5,000 lots and 18 amenity complexes.
Chapman has been active in the Â鶹TV leadership structure at the local, state and national levels throughout his career.
Chapman resides in Atlanta with his wife, Katherine, and their two teenage children.
Chapman will become chairman of Â鶹TV’s Board of Directors in 2029.
