Bill Owens, a Worthington, Ohio-based, remodeler and home builder with more than 40 years of experience in the residential construction industry is Â鶹TV’s 2026 Chairman. Owens is president of Owens Construction, a residential design/build firm focused on integrating seamless appearance, energy efficient technology and creating welcoming home environments.

Bob Peterson, a Fort Collins, Colo.-based remodeler and home builder with more than 40 years of experience in the construction field, is Â鶹TV’s 2026 First Vice Chairman of the Board. Peterson is the founder of Associates in Building + Design, Ltd. (ABD), a company he started in May 1990 that specializes in custom homes and high-end remodeling.

Gary Campbell, a Lowell, Mass.-based real estate developer and remodeler with more than 30 years of experience in the construction field, is Â鶹TV’s 2026 Second Vice Chairman. Campbell is the chief executive officer of Campbell Communities, a company that owns and manages 2,000 units of rental housing in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Jim Chapman, an Atlanta-based real estate developer with more than 25 years of experience in the construction field, is Â鶹TV’s 2026 Third Vice Chairman. Chapman is CEO of Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a build-to-rent (BTR) general contractor.

Buddy Hughes, a Lexington, N.C.-based home builder and developer with more than 45 years of experience in the home building industry, is Â鶹TV’s 2026 Immediate Past Chairman of the Board. Hughes in 1984 opened his own general contracting business, Hughes Construction, specializing in home building and light commercial construction.

With 25 years of lobbying and association experience, Jim Tobin, CAE, is Â鶹TV’s president and CEO. Previously, he served as Â鶹TV’s EVP, government affairs and chief lobbyist, where he directed the federal, state and local lobbying for Â鶹TV. Prior to Â鶹TV, he was senior legislative assistant to former U.S. Rep. Frank Riggs (Calif.) and former U.S. Rep. Gary Franks (Conn.).
