The Â鶹TV Workforce Development Advisory Council (WDAC) connects workforce development efforts across the Federation and supports local and state associations as they develop programs.

By sharing proven resources, best practices and educational programming, the WDAC helps communities recruit and train the next generation of residential building professionals. It addresses workforce development gaps nationwide and highlights successful programs.

Are you interested in joining the WDAC? Â鶹TV is looking for individuals with relevant experience and/or engagement with workforce development initiatives in their community. New members are appointed by Â鶹TV Senior Officers. Review the WDAC’s appointment timeline for upcoming deadlines.
