What is Â鶹TV Orientation?

Â鶹TV Orientation is held twice a year, once in the spring and again in the fall, providing EOs, HBA staff and members the ability to learn about Â鶹TV’s programs, products and services. The EO Track is for EOs and HBA staff and is designed for association staff less than three years on the job. The Member Leader Track is designed for leaders newly engaged at the local or state level or aspiring to start their national leadership journey.

Members and association staff from the same HBA are allowed to come together. However, due to space capacity, Â鶹TV will only permit one member and one EO or HBA staff member per association. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Anna Gimeno (EO Track) or Rachel Branson (Member Leader Track).

How Can I Register for Orientation?

Registration will open in 2026. The upcoming orientations include:

  • Spring 2026 session April 15-16
  • Fall 2026 session Oct. 28-29

Attendees are not obligated to stay within the block, however only the amount at the designated room block per night (or less) will be eligible for reimbursement.

Cost to Attend

Â鶹TV fully reimburses both the EO and Member Leader tracks. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel before the event. Â鶹TV will provide instructions on how attendees can be reimbursed after the program. Things to consider:

  • Â鶹TV will not reimburse first class or travel upgrades.
  • Â鶹TV will reimburse a three-night maximum hotel stay. If attendees plan to stay outside the block, Â鶹TV will reimburse at or less than the hotel block rate.
  • Attendees receive a predetermined meal allowance for food not included in the event programming. All attendees receive breakfast and lunch both days. There will also be light appetizers at our reception held on the first day of Orientation.
